PNMC Annual Meeting

PNMC gathers annually for fellowship, learning and business in our annual meeting held at various places across the conference. We enjoy the opportunity to gather, to listen, and learn together. See a list of previous annual meetings here.

Registration is open for the 2025 Annual Meeting June 19-22, at Flathead Lake Lutheran Bible Camp in Lakeside, MT.

We are working with the camp to meet as many requests as possible. However, private lodging options at FLBC are limited. Priority goes to families with children and accessibility needs. Many assignments will be gender-specific (men’s or women’s), so couples may not be able to be in the same cabin. While we will take your expressed preferences into account and communicate those to the camp, it is the camp staff who makes the assignment decisions.  Please be prepared to stay in a different cabin than your spouse.

Remember that the camp does not provide bedding. Guests should plan ahead and either bring their own linens or a sleeping bag. (Remember that sleeping bags fit any bed size!) For those traveling from a distance, folks from MVMC are prepared to share resources. A collection of bedding, pillows, and bath towels have been collected in preparation for your stay. If you have not done so already, please contact office@pnmc.org to request borrowed these items.

If you are traveling by plane or train, you will likely need assistance from the local committee to provide shuttle service from and to the airport or train station. Libbie Lapp has generously offered to lead this committee. Contact Libbie Lapp to finalize details.

While it will still be quite cold in June, there will be opportunities to enjoy the area. You may choose to pack a swimsuit for the chilly lake or the toasty sauna. There will be ample hiking trails so sturdy shoes for walking will be helpful. You may want a headlamp or flashlight and warm clothes for cold evenings. Some folks are opting to tent camp. If you would like to see the camp’s beautiful amenities, visit www.flbc.net.

Bring a copy of the Voices Together Hymnal if you have one. You will also want to print the Delegate Handbook and bring your own copy. (Printing will not be available on-site.) If you are a musician (vocal or instrumental) and would like to share your gifts or perhaps lead singing, please contact Megan Ramer.

IMPORTANT: Dinner will NOT be served Thursday, June 19. Please eat on your way. Registration begins at 6:30pm with a hymn sing following at 7:30. The camp will have another group arriving soon after our Sunday morning departure. The goal is to pack up and depart soon after 8:00 and then gather at MVMC where the church folks will kindly provide brunch at 9:00a.m. prior to our concluding worship service.
