Zion Mennonite Church, 6124 S Whiskey Hill Rd, Hubbard, invites you to their annual Sing Your Own Messiah on Saturday, December 22 at 7:00pm. The event will be directed by retired Canby High School music teacher Tom Gingerich and include selections from Handel’s Messiah with accompaniment on piano and strings by members of the Stegmeier family. The production is free and open to singers and listeners, and sheet music is available to share. Donations gladly accepted to pay instrumentalists and soloists. Refreshments following. Zion has hosted this event annually for at least 16 years. Rick Leroy Troyer passed from this earth into the arms of his Savior Jesus Christ on Tuesday, October 16th at 10am. Rick was born in Milford, NE to Cloy and Norma Jean Troyer on July 18th, 1955.
